Chocolate Brownie Delight

INGREDIENTS
- 350g castor sugar
- 4 extra large eggs
- 150g unsalted butter, melted
- 5ml vanilla essence
- 150g flour
- Pinch of salt
- 100g cocoa powder
- 100g dark chocolate, chopped roughly
- 100g chopped pecan nuts
METHOD
- Preheat your oven to 170 C
- Grease your O2 baking tray or line with baking paper
- In the O2 mixing bowl, beat the sugar and eggs together
- Add the butter and vanilla
- Sift over the dry ingredients and mix well
- Using your O2 solid spoon, stir through the chocolate pieces and nuts and pour into baking tin
- Bake for 30-40min until set but still squidge in the centre
- Remove and cool the brownies
- Using an 02 chef knife, cut brownie into squares and serve
