Chocolate Brownie Delight

INGREDIENTS

  • 350g castor sugar
  • 4 extra large eggs
  • 150g unsalted butter, melted
  • 5ml vanilla essence
  • 150g flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 100g cocoa powder
  • 100g dark chocolate, chopped roughly
  • 100g chopped pecan nuts

METHOD

  1. Preheat your oven to 170 C
  2. Grease your O2 baking tray or line with baking paper
  3. In the O2 mixing bowl, beat the sugar and eggs together
  4. Add the butter and vanilla
  5. Sift over the dry ingredients and mix well
  6. Using your O2 solid spoon, stir through the chocolate pieces and nuts and pour into baking tin
  7. Bake for 30-40min until set but still squidge in the centre
  8. Remove and cool the brownies
  9. Using an 02 chef knife, cut brownie into squares and serve
